At SWNCKS, I take great pride in the handcrafted nature of every piece, from my intricate wire-wrapped bracelets to my custom-poured resin items. Because many of these items are custom-made or personalized, I have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all my customers.
Our Return Policy
Standard Items: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of a non-custom item (such as our standard glass beaded bracelets), you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Custom & Personalized Orders: Due to the unique nature of "Create Your Own" key chains and personalized initial charms, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including any gift boxes or organza bags).
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged—such as a cracked resin charm or a broken clasp—please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage so I can make it right.
How to Process a Return
Contact Us: Email [Your Email Address] with your order number and the reason for your return.
Ship It Back: Once approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection & Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
A Note on Handcrafted Variations
Please remember that each piece is handmade. Small variations in the color of natural jade-style stones or the placement of preserved flowers in resin are part of the artisanal charm and are not considered defects. I strive to ensure every "BLESSED" or "HOPE" charm is secured with the highest care, but these are delicate items that require the gentle handling outlined in our Jewelry Care Guide.
